You can get on the Internet these days and download any of thousands of predefined templates for every thing from cover letters to the actual main body of the fax. You can get everything from the standard plain and boring business style to the outrageous and elegant. It is entirely up to you and the situation you have and the image that you want to portray.

Fax Templates can be found almost anywhere on the Internet and a good bunch of them are available for free. This is great because for the occasional fax user you can individualize your faxes so that you can draw attention to you and the message that you are trying to get across.

In order for you to get the Fax Templates you need to know the software that you are using. That is because the templates are designed for specific software. And if you are using the more popular programs such as Microsoft Office, you are also going to need to know the version of the software that you are using. In other words if you are using Microsoft Word you will need to know if it is from Office 97, or 2000 or 2007.

While the Fax Templates may actually interchange between different versions of the same program, some of the fine points and nuances may be lost in the translation and the formatting might suffer or the macros that might be in the template may not be usable.
